Enrique, or "Rick" as he was affectionately known, transitioned peacefully March 11, 2022.

Rick was born in Los Angeles, California to Basque-American immigrants in 1931.

He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be remembered for his many accomplishments.

Rick served in the US Army in the Korean War, returning to graduate from LA State College with his BA.

He taught high school and coached football for LAUSD for over 20 years.

Those cherishing his memory include his wife, Shirley; his children, Dave and Dina; and his grandchildren, Summer, Race, and Cash.

Rick will be remembered for his love of life, his family, and USC football.
