Every year in August, the Mendiko Euskaldun Cluba Basque Club in Gardnerville (Nevada) holds its Basque Picnic. And every two years, together with the picnic, the NABO Kantari Eguna or Singing Day is held. That was the case this year. In this first part of the video, the initial images belong to the night before the Festival at the JT Basque bar and restaurant in town, to the next day Basque mass, given by father Mike Lastiri, followed by a barbecue-style meal prepared by members of the Club. Then the Euskal Kantari Eguna would begin, but that is in the second part of the video. The visiting choir is Zaria from Errenteria, Gipuzkoa (image Jean-Paul Barthe).
