After the meeting, the NABO delegates were able to enjoy an excellent luch prepared by the sukaldari (cook) team of the Utah Basque Club. They were also in charge of preparing at night the food for the 31st Annual Basque Dinner & Dance, that has food, together with dance, as one of its main attractions, John Cendagorta was the master chef.
