Bizi Emankorra Award to John Ysursa

The fourth recipient this year of the Bizi Emankorra Award was John Ysursa. Ysursa was born in Idaho, has worked for many years for Basque culture in the US, as part of and beyond NABO. NABO president, Valerie Arrechea presented him the plaque.
