After the successful experience last year, in September, the "Uruguaiko Euskara Ikasleak" (Basque Students of Uruguay) returned tot he beaches of Santa Lucia del Este to hold its "Asteburupasa," a Basque language event for students and teachers over the weekend (photoUEI)
