Gorka Larrañaga's exhibit in Chile

The Basque artist Gorka Larrañaga (Azkoitia, 1974) opens a exhibit for the first time in the Chilean capital city the 6 - 8 of August (galeria Espora, Antonia Lopez de Bello 0444, Santiago), in a exhibit sponsored by the Basque Government and the Oteiza Foundation. Currently based in Mexico City, in addition to his pictorial work, Larrañaga also creates mixting different disciplines of art as painting with cooking, in this case together with Basque chef Pablo San Roman, and offering performances like "BatetikBestea." He combines his artistic work with teaching, as a lecturer of Basque Language and Culture at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico. More information at www.galeriaespora.com / glarranaga.htm.
