Basque Choir Valparaiso Chile

Archibaldo Uriarte, president of the Basque Center of Valparaiso, Chile sent us a letter with this picture as a way to say hi to the Basque Choir of Santiago, Chile that is right now in the Basque Country in a concert tour celebrating its 70th anniversary. Uriarte writes: 'I want to take advantage of EuskalKultura.com and say hi to the Eusko Etxea Choir of Santiago for its success in the Basque Country. I also send you this picture of the members of the Basque Choir of Eusko Etxea of Valparaiso, taken in 1940, in a presentation at the Victoria Theater in town. This group was born at the Winnipeg, being Ramon Muguruza its director; they continued singing in Valparaiso."
