Donostia-San Sebastián. Now you can get your own yourname@ni.eus email for free, or if you prefer the Premium Plan, whateveryoulike@yourname.eus for three Euros a month. This is a service in Basque for anyone without a .eus website, directed to individuals, businesses, associations and also Basque clubs. You can configure it on your cell phone, or on your usual email program on a computer, with use allowed online through webmail. It can include complimentary services like a calendar, address book and others, all in Euskera.
One of the characteristics highlighted in its launch - coinciding with the celebration on May 17 of the International Internet Day - is privacy compared to other services. "Ni.eus guarantees the privacy and security of user data: no ads, tracking or encrypted communications. It does not display any type of ad or track user usage."
