Oskar Urzelai is a chef with a long trajectory, Pioneer ambassador of Basque gastronomy in various countries and in particular, in Asia, where he is now inaugurating his newest venture, Txoko, after previous experiences, and now more advanced in his career. His menu is that of a Basque chef that is modern and innovative, drinking from the robust tradition of Basque cuisine, to offer dishes prepared with the best primary ingredients, which is not alien to his extensive culinary experience in different countries.
Some of the dishes on the menu include: Garlic Prawns Pret-A-Porter, Grilled Octopus with Boletus Cream, Spanish Omelette “Lasao”, Grilled Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, Seaweed & Squid Mellow Rice, Passion for Chocolate, Euskadi Tropical.
