Buenos Aires, Argentina. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of its creation, the Oñatiko Ganbara Abesbatza (Oñati's Chamber Choir) from Oñati, Gipuzkoa will enjoy a mini tour of Argentina during the first part of November. The trip, that concludes the group’s year of festivities, will take place November 1-9, dates that were not chosen randomly. In fact, the tour will conclude with the meeting of Basque Choirs at Semana Nacional Vasca in Bahia Blanca, with 33 Oñati people making the trip.
Following is the complete program and performance schedule in Argentina:
-Sunday, November 3, at 7:30pm the choir will share the stage with the Tous Ensemble, in the Province of Buenos Aires Senate annex, Street 7 esq. 49, city of La Plata.
-Monday, November 4, 6:30pm performance at the opening of the Buenos Aires World Choral Festival. Place, Manuel Belgranto Hall at the Senate of the Nation, Hipólito Irigoyen 1710, In Buenos Aires
-Tuesday, November 5, 8pm, as part of the Buenos Aires World Choral Festival, performance along with the vocal ensemble Di Tella, in the First Methodist Church, Corrientes 718, CABA
-Wednesday, November 6, 8:30pm, concert along with the Choir of Bahia Blanca at the Rivadavia Library, Av. Colón 31, Bahía Blanca
-Thursday, November 7, 7pm, as part of the Basque Club Choir meeting as part of the Semana Nacional Vasca program in Bahia Blanca 2019. Place, Rivadavia Library, Av. Colón 31
