A radio program made for the Diaspora and by the Diaspora is the spirit of “8 Herrialdeak Zuzenean,” that listeners all over the world can enjoy on the internet.  Presented by Benoit Etcheverry and Robert Acheritogaray, this program can be participated in, in four languages: Basque, French, English and Spanish.  This Sunday it returns with its April show. Don’t miss it!

Uztaritze, Lapurdi.   This Sunday, “8 Herrialdeak Zuzenean” returns to the airwaves.  Its presenters this month are Benoit Etcheverry and Robert Acheritogaray (BCC in San Francisco).  The program is in Euskera, French, Spanish and English supported by the 8 Probintziak Association.

This Sunday’s program will include the following:

• The Marseille Basque club with an interview of its president, Fernando Zabalza, and secretary Kristel Poquet.
• Gure Esku Dago to Boise: a member of Gure Esku Dago, Jon Kamio, will talk about the participation of this popular initiative at Jaialdi in Boise.
• The 10th Anniversary of 8 Herrialdeak Zuzenean (and its crowdfunding campaign)
• The creation of the SCIC SA ZUBIAK cooperative

The program will be dedicated to the memory of Michael Gil de Muro, a friend of the program who recently passed away at the age of 36.  Michael was the founder of the METAIT Company that creates ecological computers.  He was creating the SCIC SA ZUBIAK website and was also studying Basque.

This program will also be especially directed by Caroline Amiral, a listener who has been following the show since October from a hospital in Angers.
