Bahía Blanca, Argentina. “Irrati Kontuak,” (Radio Affairs), is a new proposal that came in the form of a Podcast thanks to the groups of Basque students at Union Vasca. The program recorded in Basque covers a wide range of topics that include climate, reflections on Basque expression, recipes and home remedies, series recommendations, horoscopes, games that can be played on social media, and announcing. The program airs monthly and April’s is already online. You can listen to it here, in the Basque club newsletter or on their social media.
The program reflects the work done by students and teachers at the Union Vasca Basque Club in Bahia Blanca and its fun way of practicing the language “and talking about interesting topics!” Anyone who has studied Basque can follow it easily “and will not lose not even one word,” since with the podcast the Basque group in Bahia also publishes a script of the program.
