Director Workshop
Besides extending the invitation to attend the film event, the club also let us know about a training workshop for FEVA directors, provided by Ricardo Basterra on July 13.

“The goal of the meeting was to provide tools for managing, administration, and planning in Basque clubs,” according to the organizers. “We also provided an introduction Euskal Herria, information on making Basque clubs legal entities, the organization of periodic assemblies, and information for the controlling body. We also conducted group exercises, as well as individual, on motivation, managing groups, committees, strategic planning and recognizing abilities. It was, in sum, a place of reflection and debate that was well taken advantage of by the participants to rethink their daily tasks and obtain resources to enhance their strengths and modify their weaknesses,” according to club sources.
