Rosario, Argentina. The 36th edition of the Foreign Communities Gathering in Rosario will be held November 6-8, and November 13-15th, as a hybrid proposal, that is with some events taking place in person while others will be virtual. The Centro Navarro, one of the original founders of this annual gathering, will participate in both.
The Centro Navarro told EuskalKultura.eus that the in person activity will be restricted to gastronomy and will only be available on the indicated dates. The typical meals and drinks will be prepared at the clubhouse, and interested people will place their orders exclusively on WhatsApp and will pick up the foot at the Center, or also have the option of having it delivered to their homes. The menu is available here.
In regards to cultural activities, each club has chosen an ambassador. The Centro Navarro chose Facundo Iturrat and Carolina Oña and they will be in charge of providing traditions and history of the community on social media. As part of the communities festivities, where some 45 institutions participate, the organization will distinguish 19 communities that were part of the event’s creation 36 years ago.
