The Mallorca Basque club is getting ready to return to class beginning Basque classes at the club.  In the middle of registration, they let us know that they are looking for a teacher that would be in charge of one of the groups for four hours a week.  They are inviting anyone interested to get in touch with the club.  In addition, they also let us know about some of their upcoming activating: a pilota workshop on October 11, and another edition of Basque Cultural Week on October 23-25. 

Mallorca, Spain.   The Basque teacher from the Mallorca Euskal Etxea, Manoli Korta, got in touch with EusaklKultura.com to let us know that they are looking for an extra Basque teacher for this year to begin in October.  This person would be in charge of one of the groups of students and will be expected to teach four hours a week in a paid position. Anyone interested should get in touch with the club.

The club will also begin its activities in October after the summer vacation with courses on Txalaparta, Trikitixa, and dantza.  According to Manoli, there will also be a pilota workshop on October 11 for all ages.  Another activity that the club is organizing is another edition of the Basque Cultural Week with the participation of the Bizkaian group Dangiliske.  Here is the program:
