Roldan, Argentina. The Festival of Collectivities in Roldan in the Argentine Province of Santa Fe, took place last weekend at the hall of the Station Boardwalk, and included 15 stands with food and crafts. The large work team, on this occasion a team of sukaldaris (volunteer cooks), prepared tortilla, txistorra and also showed off their cooking skills to the public.
Euskel Biotza didn’t only stand out because of their cooking, but also because of its dantzaris that performed some of their favorite Basque dances in front of the stand including, Bok Spok and Fandango, among others.
