The Etxepare Basque Institute has opened the application process for four lecturers who will teach Basque language and culture in five universities in Europe and America. The universities include the Sorbonne, in France; Lomosonov, in Russia; UCLA in the US, and University of Chile and the Pontifical Catholic University in Chile. Deadline to apply is June 5th.
Donostia-San Sebastian. The Etxepare Basque Institute has published a call for applicants to teach Basque language and culture in five universities in four countries in Europe and America. Some of the openings are immediately available (in the case of Chile who need someone before August 7th; and UCLA before September 27th). The four lecturers will be distributed in the following manner:
-A lecturer for the Lomonosov University of Moscow (Russia)
-A lecturer for the UCLA University of Los Angeles (USA)
-A lecturer for the Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris III University (France)
-A lecturer for the University of Chile and the Pontifical Catholic University in Chile
All aspiring applicants must have a college degree, as well as conform to criteria set by each university individually.
