Donostia-San Sebastian. These grants can assist with tours, concerts, presentations and events of divulgation carried out by creators, artists or agents outside of the Basque Country. Each call must be consulted individually, but they can include tours or presentations in Basque Clubs as well as in other places if they fall within the regulations. Or they can mix Basque circuits with non-Basque ones. Grants must be applied for by the artists themselves, or cultural agents and entities that live in the Autonomous Basque Community, or if the product or work is in Euskera, from anywhere in Euskal Herria.
