Donostia-San Sebastian. The Deputy General of Gipuzkoa, Martin Garitano, addressed his fellow citizens in the Diaspora in an institutional video message as part of the celebration of San Inazio, Gipuzkoa’s patron saint (also Bizkaia's, now co-patron with Saint Valentine Berriotxoa), celebrated on July 31st. 

We are including links to various versions of the message in Basque, Spanish, French, English and Catalan, some of then via subtitles.  The message was sent to the Basque clubs and Basque communities in the world.
