Caracas, Venezuela. On Saturday, February 29th, the Eusko Etxea in the Venezuelan capital city held its General Assembly to elect its new board of directors. During the meeting, club members read the minutes from the last assembly, presented the report and account of the outgoing board of directors, and made disclosed the club’s finances to the members.
Elections were also held, and the new board of directors is comprised of the following individuals:
-President: Ibane Azpiritxaga
-Vice-president: Aitor Asua
-Treasurer Daniella Outes
-Secretary: Lore Cabruja
-Director 1: Julen Azpiritxaga
-Director 2: María Isabel Ramírez
-Director 3: Katariñe Alava
-Director 4: Victor Ballatori

Along with this news, Pedro Javier Arriaga let us know that Issue #107 of “Jazoera,” February’s issue, is also available online. The newsletter provided information on club activities, sports and cultural reports, all related to the Basque community in Venezuela and Euskal Herria.
