The beat of the Tamborrada reached around the world: from Sydney to Mexico and from Caracas to Lima (photos)

We are still receiving reports and photos of Tamborrada celebrations that have taken place again this year throughout the Diaspora.  The passion for this celebration is catching on and those who have celebrated it once, playing the March of San Sebastian with drum and sticks, in the best case, or on any other surface in the absence of other means, can’t wait to do it again.  We leave you with a photo chronicle of the festivities in Sydney, Mexico, Lima and Caracas.  

Donostia-San Sebastian. The Tamborrada/Danborrada extends its networks and every year engages new Basque clubs and groups of Basques all over the world.  This year, for example, the sounds of the drummers reverberated with force in Basque clubs in Lima, Peru, thanks to the Limako Euskal Gazteria.  In other places it is a classic celebration, one of the most anticipated of the year, as is the case at the Mexico City Basque club.  Also in Caracas, the Eusko Etxea has celebrated this event for years.
