Help for Basque clubs to aid those in situations of extreme need in the Basque community abroad was published in today's Official Buleetin of the Basque country. As part of the agreement and priorities of the Directorate of the Basque Community Abroad, a total of 202,000 Euros is dedicated to these grants. Deadline to apply is one month from tomorrow.
Vitoria-Gasteiz. The Bulletin of the Basque Country published today, December 29, includes the Resolution of December 23, 2014 which opens the call for economic help for Basque clubs to aid members in situations of extreme need in the Basque community abroad.
The total amount, to be awarded in 2015 by the Directorate of the Basque Community Abroad has remained at 202,000 Euros not having been cut over the last two years.
Members of the Basque community abroad may apply via their local Basque club. According to the Resolution, eligible recipients need to be a member of the Basque club that they apply from; however, in the case that there is no local Basque club, they may apply from the club closest to their residence.
The deadline to apply is one month from tomorrow.
