Bahia Blanca, Argentina. “The family has always been in charge, since the beginning. The Vascos became a tradition in Bahia Blanca and I am exceedingly proud to have been awarded the prize of family succession,” said Jose Maria Moro, who recalled the recipes of Grandma Valentina and the legacy of his father, Valentin, while he stressed that their children are already part of the business.
“As a confectioner we have stood out for many years. The only novelty has been little sandwiches but traditionally we have always made candy, chocolates and fine dough,” continued Moro, who stressed that the work has been transmitted from generation to generation.
“There were three generations at the Los Vascos address who always maintained the standard of their creations, from the quality of the products to the strength of the image. We also excel in complete lunch service and have been able to participate in clients’ parties throughout their entire lives,” said Moro who was happy to receive the ribbon.
