Santiago, Chile. Joseba Gotzon concluded his mini-tour of concerts performed on various stages in Argentina and Chile on June 8th in the capital of Chile. The tour encompassed dates from the end of May through the beginning of June. The singer from Bizkaia began his program singing at a sporting event at the San Lorenzo de Almagro, soccer club a big Basque nexus, to later move on to Buenos Aires for a recital at the National University of La Plata. From there he jumped to neighboring Chile.
While in Chile, Joseba Gotzon performed concerts at both the Catholic University of Chile and another at the University of Chile each of which boast a Basque language and culture lecturer. Those were followed by his last two concerts at the Glück Herriko Taberna on June 7th and at the Lope de Vega Theater at the Spanish Stadium in Las Condes on the 8th. This final concert was thanks to the Basque Community of Chile Basque Club.
