Donostia-San Sebastian. The literary magazine Publishers Weekly has selected the novel Seven Houses in France among the 20 best fiction books published in the U.S. this year. In this prestigious and influential list, Atxaga is accompanied by such authors as Alice, Munro, Andrew Miller, Jeet Thayil and Amanda Coplin accruing the writers’ website. Besides the list of the best 20 fiction books that includes Atxaga, Publishers Weekly also publishes annually lists in various categories like poetry, mystery, children’s literature etc.
