Paris, France. The growers’ associations Amalur and Lurlan have organized two days dedicated to Basque gastronomy in Paris this Saturday and Sunday. Stands with products and various activities will be set up at the Espace Jemmapes there.
The Basque market will provide the possibility of purchasing a series of gastronomic products that will be sold directly by the farmers themselves through the work of these associations. In addition, there will be debates, and lectures, along with pintxo tastings thanks to some of the best-known Basque chefs in Paris like Iñaki Aizpitarte, Federico Patxa and Arnaud Daguin.
