Donostia-San Sebastián. Always interesting reflections, anecdotes and commentary shared by Jose Felix Azurmendi in his blog. In today’s installment he begins with an old book and with history in which he appreciates, on the one hand, its content and interest of its lines. But, also the history of the book itself, its vital journey from the printing press until it is welcomed in someone’s library, in a presence that most of the time is limited in time. In this case, it will also serve as a basis for recognizing that in the case of Euskal Herria, the seven provinces are not the only place where Basque culture is produced and from where it is launched out into the world.
In fact, it welcomes those who discover, investigate, preserve and disseminate the contribution made to our culture by the Basque creators in the Diaspora, in line with the latest project in which Donostia-San Sebastian musician, Josu Okiñena has embarked.
