This is the first time that the singer from Helette has visited Argentina and the trip has begun with great expectation and excitement, both for the artist and his hosts. In collaboration with the San Nicolas Basque club, the alma mater of the Zazpirak Bat Basque Club in General Las Heras, Luis Alberto Echegaray, has taken charge of the performances by Etcheverry and he sent his the schedule of performances including that at Semana Naciional Vasca.
Gral. Las Heras, Argentina. Accompanied by accordionist Jean –Louis Bergara and Beñat Chaubadindeguy on the drums, singer Michel Etchevery will perform in several places in Argentina between November 2-12th. At some clubs, Etcheverry will perform in intimate venues like for clubs, with other concerts being open to the public, like that organized by Euskaltzaleak this Sunday in Buenos Aires. The largest performance will take place during Semana Vasca in San Nicolas, the main reason behind Etcheverry’s trip.

Besides these performances, Michel Etcheverry will also travel across country with his hosts to rural Buenos Aires to get to know the typical customs there, as well as the mark left by Basque immigrants in the Argentine countryside. He will also be accompanied by Luis Echegaray who will try to trace any link to their ancestors who lived in the country.
Etcheverry will be interviewed on local TV and radio stations, and before returning to Euskal Herria his hosts will send him off on November 14th at an event at the Laurak Bat Basque Club in Buenos Aires.
