Caracas, Venezuela. The Basque community in Venezuela concludes 2019 with great news. Thanks to Pedro Javier Arriaga Agirre, “Jazoera Radio,” is now available that includes “stories, music, anecdotes and past, present and future experiences,” presented as the voice of the Basque community in Venezuela. The program, although still in a test mode, lasts about 20 minutes and is produced and directed by the couple Adriana Lobascio and Arriaga himself with new shows every Monday.
In communication with EuskalKultura.eus, the active ingredient, and former president and director of the Caracas Basque Club explained that for the time being the program is sent by email and by WhatsApp, published on Facebook and Twitter, and can also be heard on the web platform IVOOX (click here) where it is found under the name “Jazoera Radio.”
Having already broadcast two programs, Arriaga Aguirre assures that “We are going for more, improving every day and trying to serve as a new way of communication in our community.’
We wish them a long life with the same success enjoyed by the Jazoera newsletter, also directed by Arriaga that reached its 100th issue in 2019. Zorionak!
