Donostia-San Sebastián. The scene repeats every year, a day enjoyed by a large number of people, particularly in the Diaspora where it holds a special significance. Aberri Eguna, or Day of the Basque Homeland is traditionally celebrated on Easter Sunday, although in the Diaspora many Basque clubs hold events on the following days and weekends. Some clubs host events at their headquarters, while others take to the streets, and other that share their activities on social media.
