Buenos Aires, Argentina. Representatives from Basque clubs that comprise FEVA will have another opportunity to vote to choose their representation. Nevertheless, when the deadline to make nominations closed, there was only one ballot presented for the board that will serve the 2016-2018 term that includes Hugo Andiazabal and Javier Ederra as president and secretary respectively. Andiazabal and Ederra were elected to these offices in April of 2014.
According to FEVA’s statutes, other offices to be elected for the 2016-2018 term also include the treasurer, four directors and the corresponding auditors, these however only for a one year term.

FEVA’s General Assembly will be held on Saturday, April 23, beginning at 9:30am, at the Laurak Bat Basque club in Buenos Aires; after election concludes, Basque club representatives can talk to the authorities in hopes of exchanging impressions and ideas and inquire about topics of common interest. The Federation would like to remind the delegates that they need to be accredited with a not from the Basque club they represent and that institutions should present irrefutable evidence of their own legal status.
