Donostia-San Sebastian. Beginning Basque students in levels A1 and A2, as well as their teachers, now have another tool available on Ikasbil (www.ikasbil.eus), the first Bagoaz! exercises, a new method developed by HABE. More exercises will be added little by little.
In all, the method includes a hundred audiovisual texts: 50 videos and 50 audio recordings (with and without subtitles), according to HABE sources. The audio and video are based on exercises that can be done under the supervision of a teacher, in class, or on your own.
Josu and Amaia
Videos of Bagoaz! have two main characters: Josu and Amaia, two students that are roommates. Their daily adventures are the base of the videos and recordings included in Bagoaz!
The videos and audio recordings were produced by Zinea Sortzen in Donostia, based on scripts by Ritxi Lizartza. The main actors are Oihana Maritorena (Amaia) and Asier Oruesagasti (Josu). The videos were recorded under the direction of Alex Ezkurdia, and the music was created by Pascal Gaigne.
