Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Basque Gastronomy Week began yesterday in Buenos Aires and will run through December 9th “to promote the meeting of Basque cuisine, distinguished worldwide, and diners who will enjoy the typical dishes.” Supported by the Basque Chamber of Commerce in Argentina (CEV), the four participating Basque restaurants this week will provide a special three-step menu this week, with a fixed promotional cost (beverages separate).
Participating restaurants include three restaurants in Buenos Aires City (CABA) and one in the province:
-Amalur, Belgrano 1144, CABA
-Sagardi, Humberto Primo 319, CABA
-Restaurante Centro Vasco Frances, Moreno 1370, CABA
-Indarra Jatetxea, J. M. Fernández 130, Lomas de Zamora
