At the Gure Etxea Basque Club in Tandil are very aware of the needs of many families in the city, and so has organized donations, initially to collaborate with the Los Angeles soup kitchen in the neighborhood of El Tropezon. The Basque club reports that they welcome donations of items including blankets, clothes, non-perishable food, books, computers (always in good condition), kitchen utensils… at the clubhouse located on Sarmiento 1079) from Monday to Friday from 4 to 6 pm, through June 12 inclusive.
Along with this invitation to collaborate, the Gure Etxea, thanks to the success of the last sale, has organized another food sale on Saturday, June 13th that will include rice with calamari. Each service costs $350 and reservations can be made by calling 249 424 7323.
