Coronel Pringles, Argentina. The Eusko Biltzar Basque Club in Coronel Pringles will show the film Tasio by Montxo Armendariz today at 7:30pm. The proposal includes bar service after the film. There will be pintxos, beverages, and “the best Basque climate,” to enjoy in no hurry since tomorrow is a holiday in the country, the Day of the Argentinean Flag. The Basque club has made a favorable evaluation of its activities during the beginning of this year, and has launched an extensive invitation to everyone to join in its activities including dance and Euskera classes and choir practices with the “Beti Alai” choir.

Among the new things that the Eusko Biltzar is offering the community is their cooking classes for kids. These take place on Saturday mornings and are attended by some 10 students who learn how to make various dishes, both sweet and savory.
On July 9th, the Eusko Biltzar is getting ready for another event to commemorate Independence Day and San Fermin. The choir, Eusko Alai will hold a “chocolate afternoon,” with raffles and music.
