Donostia-San Sebastian. Any occasion where we can celebrate, introduce and vindicate our Diaspora are welcome, especially in a festive context. As such, EuskalKultura.com is joining in the initiatives to celebration Euskal Diasporaren Eguna – Day of the Basque Diaspora on September 8th, Saturday, inviting members of the Diapsora who may be in the Basque Country on this date, and other who are interested in the Diaspora to attend a meal and celebration at the Hotel Unanue in Donostia
The details will be made available in the coming weeks on EuskalKultura.com as well as other social networks, but for now we can let you know that it is a simple program: getting together around noon to get to know each other, then sharing a meal, and there may also be a short film shown and some singing.
What is important now, is that if you will be in Donostia on that date, mark your calendar. More details, the program and menu will be published as soon as we fix them. This is not intended as a money-making activity but to make a contribution to the Diaspora. RSVPs are being requested for lunch.
