José C. Paz, Argentina. The “Ekitatea” (equality) Association works from Jose C. Paz on the promotion of “exercising women’s rights and gender equality.” With this goal as well as offering other options during social isolation, it will certify, along with other institutions in the area, a Virtual Course “Violence against Women and Diverse Identities. Tools to Identify and approach it.”
They explain that it is a teaching proposal that will take place virtually from the Feminist Campus “a virtual space aimed at facilitating the training and distance learning experience. Both for institutions and the general public.” With this modality, “not only will it be possible to participate form a distance, but each student will also organize the rhythm of the course according to their possibilities.”
The course will begin on Monday, May 18th and is comprised of four modules distributed over 8 weeks. There are no prerequisites and anyone scoring at least an 80% will receive a certificate of completion.
Space is limited and tuition is $3,500 AR (less than 50 Euros at today’s exchange), that can be paid in two parts. There are also scholarships and promotions for groups available. More information about the course here.
