San Francisco, California, USA. This past weekend, the BCC cancelled its annual August “Jaialdia” due to the pandemic, and the economic situation generated by the closing of is popular restaurant in March due to the same cause continues. To help provide some relief, the Basque Cultural Center – Gure Euskal Etxea has organized a "Drive Through" dinner on Saturday, September 12th. The menu includes rack of lamb, veal stew, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, cheese and gateau basque.
Cost of the meal is $50 per person and must be purchased by September 4th.
Dinners will be available to be picked up in the Center’s parking lot on the 12th between 4-6pm.
If you are unable to attend in person, donations are also appreciated here
All meals will be delivered to your car between 4-6pm. No parking is allowed in the parking lot, and the building will also be closed. The Zazpiak Bat Basque Dancers will provide entertainment for your enjoyment. For more information email: info@SFCCC.us.
