The scholarships are for a year, where the students can pursue Doctorate studies in the prestigious Engineering and Electronics program of this university. The scholarship will cover tuition and includes a stipend between $18,000-$25,000 for living expenses.

Boise State University (BSU) provides a series of scholarships aimed exclusively to Basque students created by the local Basque community and the Basque Studies Program at that institution. The scholarships provide the possibility to pursue Masters and Doctoral studies in various branches of engineering, under very good conditions: students will have tuition covered and on top they will receive between $18,000-$25,000 for living expenses.
