Donostia-San Sebastian. Berri Txarrak has already been on the road for two years with its album Denbora da poligrafo bakarra (Time is the only polygraph), and right now the group from Lekunberri and their fans aren’t showing any signs of being tired, with an increasingly powerful and energetic live show and sold out shows at many of their venues.
Tomorrow the group will be in Berlin, where they will play along with another Basque group, Belako, at the Clash. Day after tomorrow they’ll be in Hamburg at the Reeperbahn Festival, where they will also play with Belako, and on Friday the 23rd they’ll be in the city of Karlrushe. On Saturday the 24th, they will play in Bern, Switzerland as part of the Schützenmatte Open Air Festival.
In December, South America
Afterwards, the group has various concerts planned in Euskal Herria (with sold-out shows in Iruña and also at 2 shows in Durango). In December they will be touring South America along with the group the Descendents. On December 3, they will be in Sao Paulo, Brazil; on the 4th at the Teatro de Flores in Buenos Aires, and on the 7th in Santiago.
These dates are already confirmed but more cities and countries may be added, like Mexico, sources told EuskalKultura.com. The group is also ready to meet and visit local Basque communities especially since the International Day of Euskera is also celebrated at that time.
