Bizkaiko Foru Aldundia, the Provincial Government of Bizkaia, has launched a talent network “Be Basque Talent Network,” that gathers nearly 5,500 highly qualified professionals and researchers in the Basque Country as well as in another 65 countries around the world. It has also created a map, “Basque Talent Map,” where you can identify the job placement by country and city of network members or their job sector.
Bilbao Bizkaia. “Be Basque Talent Network” was presented yesterday in Bilbao as part of the tenth anniversary of Bizkaia:talent, a network supported by the Provincial Government of Bizkaia --Bizkaiko Foru Aldundia or Diputación Foral de Bizkaia-- to promote, attract and retain talent. The new network that was created with nearly 5,000 members gathers professionals that have, or wish to have a link to Euskadi.
The network allows professionals to contact each other as well as establishing relationships with Basque companies. Out of the professionals who are registered on the network, nearly 2,400 live in Euskadi and approximately, another 3,000 live elsewhere. In addition, nearly 3,000 of the members were born in Euskadi.
In order to become part of the network, interested individuals need to register either as a professional or a company, which allows access to your profile, with job offers and various information and access to the main services provided by the network including a forum for information exchange on various topics related to economy, culture and work issues, as well as the “Basque Talent Map” tool.

This tool provides a map where you can locate the job placement by country and city, members on the network, as well as conduct searchers using various criteria, like work sector, or place of origin and residence, even facilitating finding the type of professional or Company that you are looking for.
In addition, the “Be Basque Talent Network,” provides information on the technological, scientific, and business potential in Euskadi, culture and customs and quality of life in our country. This information is especially directed to those professionals who haven’t yet had the opportunity to work or live in Euskadi.
