Paris, France. Pariseko Eskual Etxea will celebrate an evening tomorrow in favor of Basque, thanks to Korrika 18 and Basque short films that are part of Laburbira. The event will begin at 5pm at the clubhouse in Saint Ouen when the Basques living near the Seine will welcome Korrika 18, the popular race in favor of the Basque language organized by AEK.
Following, the euskal etxea will convert into a theater with a session of Basque short films – Laburbira. This circuit is supported by Topagunea, the federation of Basque language associations, in hopes of promoting films done in Basque, in this its tenth edition. Eight shorts will be shown in Paris including:
-Beerburg, 2012 (8 ́) Ander Mendia Etxebarria.
-Desentxufatuak. 2011 (9 ́45 ́ ́) Bernues brothers
-Deus ex Machina. 2012 (8 ́30 ́ ́) Koldo Almandoz
-Oinaze egoitzak. 2012 (9 ́30 ́ ́) Erabaki produkzioak: Oihan Amezua, Karlos Ibarbia, Netzer Bereziartua, Asier Susaeta
-Tortila. 2012 (8 ́15 ́ ́) Iñigo Lopez
-Elkartea. 2013 (16 ́) Kote Camacho
-Hamaiketakoa. 2012 (4 ́) Telmo Esnal
-Berriro igo nauzu. 2012 (9 ́25 ́ ́) Carlos Rodriguez
