Basque featured at the Week of Endangered Languages Conference at the SOAS University of London

Euskara Jendea will be shown today as part of the Endangered Languages Conference at the SOAS at the University of London
The SOAS Center at the University of London is putting an end to the Endangered Languages Week 2015 with a day entirely dedicated to Euskera. The program of the day includes various proposals, like the screening of the documentary Euskara Jendea, talks on bertsolaritza and current initiatives to promote Euskera, as well as a Basque dance workshop. All of these are open to the public.
London, UK. We found out, through the London Basque Society that the SOAS Center at the University of London has dedicated the entire day, today, to Euskera, as part of the Endangered Languages Week that concludes this afternoon.
The London Basque Club has been in touch with directors of the SOAS, and have confirmed that all of the activities are open to the public, and so they invite anyone interested to attend. Here is today’s program:
