Buenos Aires, Argentina. The natural Basque-Argentine cider, Txapela, celebrated its first two years this June and will celebrate it with a variety of promotions, raffles, and special proposals with friends and referents in the world of Gastronomy. But without a doubt, one of the most significant moments for this company that is “the best of two worlds,” will be a special edition of “Txapela: KM0 Anniversary,” in which Petritegi in Astigarraga will show online the cider house facilities and prepare a real dish from their menu. The special broadcast “KM0 anniversary” will be hosted by Itziar Agirre and will be broadcast on Txapela’s social media on June 21st.
The regular “Txapela KM0” consists of a “gastronomic event” with Basque Argentine chef Itziar Aguirre visiting virtually, various regions of Argentina and presenting local chefs that create characteristic dishes from each territory, always accompanied by Txapela cider, made in Argentina in the Basque way. On this occasion, to celebrate the anniversary along with those who have sponsored the project since its beginning, Txapela, will “visit” Gipuzkoa to see how a good Basque steak is grilled.
Txapela’s anniversary celebration will run the entire month of June on its social media as well asl on the company’s website where various KM0 shows will be uploaded, the most recent with chef Gunther Moros from his kitchen in Misiones available here with Chef Itziar Aguirre’s recipes and promotions along with other artisan producers.
