Boise mayoral elections: there will be a run-off between the two candidates with neither obtaining at least 50% of the vote

Meggan Laxalt Mackey in front of the Basque Museum in Boise on the Basque Block of Idaho’s capital in an archive photo The exhibit is based on the book by the same name written by Meggan Laxalt Mackey published last year by the Center for Basque Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno.
