On April 15th, the Euzko Etxea in Necochea will celebrate 75 years. The Elhuyar Foundation, headquartered in Usurbil (Gipuzkoa) has created and launched a voice recognition program that automatically transcribes and subtitles audio and video in Basque and Spanish.
