Jexuxa Iraola Aizarna passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 92, after receiving the Holy Sacraments and the Apostolic Blessing of His Holiness.

Her children: Agustín and Feli Irazu (†), María Pilar, Lourdes and Joxean Aranburu, Juan Joxe, Arantza, Irune and Tomás García de Eulate, Maixus and Jon Unanue, Xabier and Leire Iribarren; brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, cousins ​​and other relatives.

She was the aunt of Antton Egiguren Iraola, chaplain at the service of the Basque community in the United States.

Next Sunday, March 21, the online mass in Basque and English that Aita Antton officiates every Sunday from California will be offered for her soul.

This is the portrait of my aunty, the last survivor of my mom's family, the youngest sister of 10 brothers and sisters, who passed away 03/15/2021.  Her funeral will take place 3/16/21, in Donostia/San Sebastian.  She was 92.  Her husband passed away last year in June and was 100 years old.  My mom and she were like one.  My father and her husband were also like one.  We got along very well and I feel very sad.
