In the Argentinean province of Entre Rios, the so called Colectividad Vasca de Concordia Basque Club in Concordia communicates the sad news of the death on March 14 of Mrs. Hilda Arrigarán of Cettour, Clerk of the institution and highly regarded person within the local Basque community and the city of Concordia.
