The bad news come from the Euskal Erria Basque Center in Montevideo.

Beti Gogoan. Pilotari handi bat zendu da, Cesar 'El Perro' Bernal.

On March 6th, the great Uruguayan pilotari Cesar 'El Perro' Bernal died. He, along with Nestor 'Negro' Iroldi, represented for years the Basque Center Euskal Erria at various national and international tournaments, achieving several pilota world championships.

There are not enough words to express our sadness. On behalf of the Basque Club and its membership we want to show our affection to his family and friends and send them a warm, fraternal and affectionate hug.
