Carlos Wilfredo Mossier Ugaldebere, 88, was born on November 19, 1929. 

He was one of the founders and main references of the Basque community of Pilar, and former president of the Eusko Etxea Basque Club.

For many years he had a resounding participation in the Retirement Association San Lorenzo de Pilar.
